The Greater Houston delegation ended the 3rd House of Delegates with an exciting invitation to the next Annual Session, which will be in Houston at the Omni Westside in September 2009. They finally gathered at the head table and gave the House of Delegates the Call to Houston, declaring that they would be hosting Annual Session “come hurricanes or high waters!”
